CEO
Darius Gopaul is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TMT Marketing Inc., a performance-driven sales and marketing company built on leadership, culture, and long-term growth. He began his career on the front lines of sales, where he developed a passion for personal development, communication, and building winning teams.
Through discipline and consistency, Darius rose into leadership and founded TMT Marketing Inc. with a bigger vision: to create a company that delivers results while providing an elite environment for people to grow, lead, and become business owners. Today, he focuses on expanding the company into new markets, developing strong leaders, and maintaining a culture that is energetic, professional, and growth-focused.

With a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Adelphi University, Ibrahim brings a strong foundation in business strategy and operations to the TMT team. Before joining TMT, he worked as a Business Manager at a real estate office, where he supported daily operations, managed client relationships, and played a key role in driving company growth.
Ibrahim considers his biggest accomplishment to be shifting his mindset to think bigger—learning how to adapt quickly, lead with intention, and align his mentality with long-term business success. His biggest lesson has been understanding that real growth begins the moment you become comfortable initiating conversations and leading with purpose.
Guided by the belief that opportunity favors action, Ibrahim lives by the quote, “You miss 100 percent of the shots you don’t take.” A student of strategy, his favorite book is The Art of War by Sun Tzu. With a growing team of three, Ibrahim’s goal is to maximize his expansion and earn a promotion within the next six months. One of his favorite roadtrips was Columbus, Ohio in 2025.

Dorien began his professional journey in the food industry, gaining early experience in customer service as a cashier. Through this foundation, he developed resilience, discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure—skills that now support his growth within TMT.
His biggest learning lesson has been mastering emotional control and staying focused on who he is becoming and why his goals matter. This mindset shift has fueled his commitment to personal development and leadership.
Dorien lives by the quote, “Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall,” by Confucius, a reflection of his perseverance and determination. His favorite book, The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene, has further shaped his strategic approach to growth.
Currently leading a team of one, Dorien’s goal is to become a promoting owner within the next six months. Outside of work, his favorite experience has been a road trip to Chicago—symbolizing both exploration and forward momentum.

Herjeo holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Nassau Community College and brings a strong background in leadership and operations to the TMT team. He began his career in the telecommunications industry, gaining experience across multiple companies before advancing into management roles. These experiences shaped his leadership style and sharpened his ability to manage both people and performance.
One of Herjeo’s most impactful learning lessons has been the importance of emotional intelligence, accountability, and consistency. By mastering self-discipline, improving communication, and staying focused on long-term goals, he has continued to grow both personally and professionally while making stronger, more intentional decisions.
Guided by the quote, “Lack of commitment is an insult to the people who believe in you,” by Conor McGregor, Herjeo approaches leadership with purpose and responsibility.
Currently leading a team of three, Herjeo’s goal is to make a meaningful impact by helping others succeed while achieving the financial freedom needed to provide his parents with a comfortable and well-deserved retirement. One of his favorite experiences has been a road trip to Tampa, Florida; an experience that reinforced his vision for growth and leadership.
